Step 1
Verification is powered by Didit, an all-in-one identity platform. Your personal information will be deleted from Didit within 30 days from the end of the verification session.
Step 2
As a parent or adult user, you will create your profile first. Your child may follow only after you are successfully onboarded.
Step 3
Your child creates a profile on their device and sends a link request to you.
Step 4
When approving the link request, you may set up parental controls and edit your child’s profile.
Our Story
myJRNY was founded by David, an NYU business school professor and proud soccer dad. At the time, his son wanted his own social media profile to share his accomplishments on and off the field. David was not convinced that existing social media companies provided sufficient guardrails to ensure the safety and security of his son. He asked his friend Giacomo, a machine learning engineer, to design an app. And myJRNY was born.
